Focus: Fear Management & Technical Efficiency (All Adult Levels)

Unlike the children's tracks, this course focuses on the unique psychology of adult learners, who often carry deep-seated fears or specific, rigid fitness goals.

• Communication Style: Uses adult-centered communication, focusing on support and goal-driven outcomes rather than just "drills."
• Fear & Psychology: Specifically equips instructors to help adults overcome water phobia or limited past experiences.
• Technical Coaching: Covers the mechanics of Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke, with a focus on improving stroke efficiency and endurance.
• Flexibility: Emphasizes creating lesson plans that are flexible enough to meet personal swim goals (fitness, safety, or technique).
